Refund Policy
Codeplay wishes all customers to be entirely
satisfied with our software. We offer a 28-day refund policy combined
with our 14-day trial system.
If you have a problem with our software, please
contact support@codeplay.com
and our technicians will endeavour to resolve your problem. If you do
not receive suitable help and would like to apply for a refund, we will
offer a refund if you come within the 28-day period defined as follows:
The 28-day period ends on the later of 28 days
after your first trial registration and 14 days after purchase. As soon
as a complaint is registered with us in this period, we will attempt to
resolve this complaint. If we do not resolve your complaint to your
total satisfaction within 28 days of it being registered with us, we
will be happy to offer a refund of your monies paid for the software.
Credit card refunds may take several weeks to be
processed by our respective banks. You should make payments on your
credit card during the refund period, and we do not reimburse any
interest or charges that you may incur in this period.
To receive a refund, you must return any boxed
computer software we have sent to you and uninstall the software from
your computer.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
